I am taking bath after breakfast and I have been doing this for almost a year. I have read it is not the right way, is it? Have I affected my digestion. Please help me in this regards.
Also I am 70 kgs and my height is 187cm. My diet is very good. I eat healthy and hygiene food and on time. I play as well for almost 2 hours. But my weight is not increasing. I lost almost 5kgs over a couple of months after I started playing. I had a tummy before I used to play. Kindly give me some suggestions.
