I consulted Dr for ear pain, she did ears cleaning with machine, now it's paining so much. Is it normal?

If wax removal is done through suction, it can pain for a while.
Next Steps
if wax was hard and not pre treated with wax solvent drops it can pain . you can use dolo 650 mg twice daily for 2 days.
