Ears hurting with mild itiching.

After 3 days of ear syringing. My ears are hurting while sleeping alongwith mild itiching during daytime. No pain just hurting. Also i underwent tooth filling on the same day i had ear syringing and yesterday i got Rhinnorrhea. My hearing is absolutely fine.

Need to be ruled out fungal infection/allergies/middle ear effusion.. sometime dental pain also refer to the ear..visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
