Early stage Vitiligo

2023-08-09 05:38:24
I have been undergoing treatment for vitiligo + PCOS + hypothyroidism for the last 3 months and now everything is in control and within the pathological range. My dermatologist has given remarks of nil activity for my Vitiligo spots so no new spots are on the body and old spots were gone by taking multivitamins and phototherapy under the guidance. But there are some spots on my palm ( front side of the hands) and inside the covering  area of my lips will they grow on hands or can phototherapy cure those too or rare chances of recovery of those spots due to missing hairs? We are planning for the first time pregnancy so will this vitiligo transmit to baby during pregnancy ?
