According to Ayurved this problem is basically due to increased Pitta dosha (heat) of the body. Avoid eating fried, extra salty,
spicy, packed food, food items that have heating effect on body like curd, garlic, garam masala, Bajra etc. Increase use of clarified butter( desi ghee) and milk in your diet that will certainly help you.
