Eardrum perforation

I had a history of tinnitus since past 3-4 months, recently i was on a course on zyrtec and Absolut 3g which improved my tinnitus by 70%. But after leaving the course i feel it is cominbt back slowly, i suspect there's a ruptured eardrum, since when I blow my nose, 50% of the time, Air goes out of the ear whereas in my right ear nothing happens. Also when i press near my cheekbone a squeaking sound comes up.. is air coming out of ear this many times indicate a rupture? Morning time when I put finger in ear little bit water type thing is present.

U need to have your ear checked out. From whatever you have told you seem to have an ear drum perforation. Right now don't do anything. Just make sure that u keep your left ear dry. If discharge is coming plz consult. After this corona issue gets resolved meet an ENT and do some evaluation
