I ve been suffering from ear buzzing (which make lile a buzz in the ear) it is not aching but makes less in hearing . Not the both ear only right side . Doctor gave me betahistine hcl tab 8 mg and cinnarazine 25 mg but its not working on me. Suggest me plz

There are many causes for tinnitus such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, otosclerosis etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
