Sir how I can clean my ears as I can't listen properly will it be due to wax collected in ears.please Do let me know

Use soluwax ear drop 2- 3 times a day to loosen  wax, then remove wax after 2-3days. If not possible for you better to remove from ENT SPECIALIST to ensure complete removal.
