My 4 months old baby is pulling his ear from many days not all the time but yes he does What could be the reason??

Hi. If you press the tragus and ear lobe and if he cries or if there is discharge from earm it indicates or if he cries by touching the ear, it indicates there is infection. Otherwise mostly habitual
