Last 2 days I found that some liquid secret from my ear during night at sleeping time continuously.its very difficult to sleep.so please tell what is that problem.

As per your description you might have otitis media with perforation in the ear drum.. keep ear dry and untouched.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
