Feeling pain in my ears from long time issues with hearing to I think so. Itching, pain is common facing these problems from long time.

You can do an audiometry to assess the hearing status..for pain and itching ,it could be due to fungal infection/allergies/middle ear effusion.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
