Hello..... Pinna is made of cartilage.... Usually infection can cause swallon pinna.. But you saying no pus, or pain, examination it required to know whether it's benign swelling or not.....consult ent specialist in the nearest hospital, if swelling is growing day by day you must meet doctor soon....
