Ear pain automatically sometime,when talking on phone loud speaker,normal mode,bus horn,cold air,t this problem happen since last 2 month back

It could be due to cough cold also or sometimes loud sound can cause pain in ears. If u feel decreased hearing get hearing test done. Once consult an ENT to see in ears and eardrum
