Recently , i was puting a pen riffile inside my ear, but after few days later i'm feeling pain , what to do ?any ear drop ? how to clear ears inside ?

To clear wax u can use soliwax ear drops 5 drops both ears for 1 week and then u can get  it cleaned by a doctor- ear syringing
