While swimming the correct breathing technique is required . Ask the coach for it he will make her understand. If correct breathing is not there the Eustachian tube that connect between the ear and nose gets blocked and hence the pain! Use swim caps while swimming and still problem persists visit an ENT surgeon for examination .
