Hi sir, Most common cause of ear pain in children are ear wax or fungal infection in ear. If there is fever fever and cold, it can be due to middle ear infection also. It is always better to consult an otolaryngologist in person during the next episode of ear pain, so that he/she can examine and identify the correct cause of pain.
