My five year old daughter is complaining ear pain. She had been given soliwax and it has been useful.but when soliwax is not available, can we give betnesol ear drop?

Soluwax is a wax resolving ear drops and once the wax has caused problem then it needs to be cleaned or suctioned out.... Betnesol ear drops should be used with caution , won't advice you to take it without ear infection....
