Hello sir In lest ear is have a little pain and in right ear making noise from some days please suggest some treatment and any medicine... Help me please. .. first suggest some medicine .thank you

Pain in the ear can be due to many reasons without knowing the cause of pain, treatment  cannot be suggested. You can take Tab Paracetamol 500mg twice or thrice  a day with Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg at night as a temporary solution.
