My son is having pain in both ears, and when increases ...fever comes up to 101degree. Pls advice.. there is no ear wax in his ears...

He seems to be having acute otitis media which is a common type of acute Middle ear infection in children. You may may need to give him antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery
