I'm having ear pain and ringing sound after talking in phone even for 5 minutes. Why am I facing this issue? What are the causes?

Dnt tlk continuously over the phone ,Avoid loud sound,for ear pain put Clotrin Ac ear drops 2 drops twice daily for 5 days n Do Pure tone Audiometry test to knw the level of hearing ... n contact me after report

Ma’am u need to have your ear checked by otoendoscopy and audiometry by a good ENT doc.
