After self cleaning the ears , she got pain next day and had some medicines like Painkillers and antibiotics . but now she is suffering more . we took her to the clinic but our experience was not good with whole vlinic . what I can do now?

Hello..... Did she used ear bud or something else..  Local examination  is required..  Take her to ent  specialist, in normal  setup  they don't  have that facility..  Pain with  discharge  could be infection or even perforation  of tympanic  membrane causes pain..
