I have been going through a lot of pain from past a week. This happen usually every twice a year. I have been using some ear drops & pain killer for the same, but from that relief is just temporary.

Can't say accurately without examination.. could be ear infection/congestion due to middle ear effusion.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
