HELLO, MAY BE WAX, PUT WAXOL EAR DROPS  FOR THREE DAYS TWO TIMES A DAY. GO TO ENT SPECIALIST HE CAN REMOVE THE WAX EASILY. TREATMENT IS ACCORDING TO TREATING DOCTOR. O.K, BYE.
