Hello doctor. Does my ear needs to be cleaned every once in 6 months mandatorily? I work in a BPO sector as client interaction manager. I'll have to wear headsets for 10 hours a day. Will there be a large amount of dust particles inside my ear? Pls give ur valuable suggestions

No it's not mandatory..if you have tendency to accumulate wax then only need to be cleaned.. prolong headset use may cause fungal infection sometime..
