From last 4-5 months when i chew my food or drink ny thing my right ear makes a buzzing sound internally ..but suddnly when i stop chewing then aftet 10-15sec it stop..
So pls tell me what is the problem and could i get rid of dis
You need to consult an ENT Specialist who will examine you and alleviate your problem. It could be something as simple as wax ball in your ear canal coming in contact with your eardrum due to the chewing motion causing the buzzing sound.
