Recently visited a doctor and was told that there is a small in ear drum. During medication it got cure there was no blockage but after that again im feeling the same blockage

As per your description you might have eustachian tube dysfunction.. might be associated with nasal allergies.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
