I cleaned my ear canals with q-tips/earbuds and might have went in too deep because the earbud came out bloody and I am experiencing pain. Does that mean I ruptured my eardrum? What can I do?

Pain n blood on the q-tip could be a eardrum perforation. The best thing to do is to let it heal and avoid any chance of infection.
