It's Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Welcome Please share photos of your skin problem. If there are no skin abnormalities on skin surface, this itching can happen secondary to excess skin dryness, sweating. Otherwise a fungal /bacterial/ Irritating stimuli/ few medications/ allergic food element can cause such itching. So proper history will be helpful to find out probable cause . please share photographs alternatively u can start using an anti fungal. powder meanwhile so that it helps to reduce itching
