Dyshidrotic eczema from one year

I have been facing eczema from one year on my right toes and recently I was on homeopathy medication then I got fever and took antibiotics then it spread on my toes badly.the doctor said due to antibiotics and homeopathy medicine it got allergic reaction and stopped the medicine..now I dont know what to do it's been more than two weeks nothing much happened but the reaction got faded a bit..what to do now??please help me

Its not Dyshidrotic eczema.. This looks like psoriasiform lesions.. Treatment depends upon various parameters. So you need to consult a dermatologist in person to get a proper treatment.

You should consult a dermatologist since right now the condition doesn’t seem to be dyshidrotic eczema. It goes more in favour of psoriasis but certainly a definite diagnosis can only be made after proper history and examination of other relevant parts.
