Dysentery with mild fever.
My mom is having dysentery for about a week now she has weakness and mild fever also about 99-100.
After taking paracetamol the fever goes but comes back after few hours.
She is taking ORS and khichdi as her meal..from past 7-8 days.
Tab ciplox t z 250 mg 1-0-1after food-5 days .Tab Pan-D 40mg 1-0-1 before food.continue with paracetamol.
