Dydrogestrone  and progesterone

My last gynecologist gave me dydrogestrone 200 mg, after coming to native, my new gynecologist gave me progesterone... What is the difference and y there was a change... I am 9 weeks pregnant. So thinking now which tablet is good. Dear doctors please reply to my doubt... My advance thanks for your support .
