Dust mites allergy and immunotherapy

Hi i diagnosed with dust mites allergy in skin prick test and I'm taking immunotherapy from past 1 and half months today morning I used old tissue which I kept on the bed suddenly after 1 hour I got severe sneezing and running nose I took nasal spray and steam also still it's not coming control can I take citrizene now? Is this immunotherapy not working for me? Please confirm

You can take bilastine 20mg tablet anytime during the course of immunotherapy on sos basis. As immunotherapy will take around 6-8month to be effective
