- avoid allergen (avoid dusty environment , wear protective sunglasses when outdoors ) - avoid rubbing your eyes (increases inflammation , worsens the problem) - avoid contact lenses - use cold compresses( clean cotton pads soaked in cold water can be put over the eyes) - use olapatadine e/d 0.2 percent once a day for a month - Use refresh tears eye drops

You should not use Flurometholone drops for a long time as prolonged steroid treatment has side effects like glaucoma and cataract. Start with eye drops Olopat -KT three times a day and eye drops refresh tears 4 times a day. Instead of cetrizine, start Tab Allegra-M once in night.

Consider online or physical consult for detailed evaluation

Ma'am better not to use Eyedrops Fluorometholone on your own. It would be better if you opt for online consultation where we can have a video call for better understanding of the issue and proper treatment.
