Dupuytrens contracture in left hand
I have suffering from dupuytrens contracture in my left hand last 4 month.my questions is
(1) is it any medicine for this problem?
(2) is it shock wave therapy useful for this problem?
(3) is it any medicine in ayurveda for this problem?
I have suffer a lot sir.kindly give answer as early as possible for this dieases.

If there is contracture - surgery or collagenase injection locally is helpful. there is no evidence for other treatment. to find contracture - keep you palm on the table - if you can keep it flat - no need for surgery if not you need treatment.
