Dupuytrens contracture in left hand

I have suffering from dupuytrens contracture in my left hand last 4 month.my questions is (1) is it any medicine for this problem? (2) is it shock wave therapy useful for this problem? (3) is it any medicine in ayurveda for this problem? I have suffer a lot sir.kindly give answer as early as possible for this dieases. Hoping for your advice as early as possible. Thank you

If there is contracture - surgery or collagenase injection locally is helpful. there is no evidence for other treatment. to find contracture - keep you palm on the table - if you can keep it flat - no need for surgery if not you need treatment.

none of the above mentioned choices work. based on the position of chord and deformity associated office based treatments can be offered. otherwise it's surgery. see a specialist orthopaedic hand surgeon
