Duphaston use after viability scan

As per my doctor prescription, I did viability scan on 5 weeks 6 days. Gas sac is found, yolk sac is seen, fetal pole seen but not clearly. Heart beat yet to come. I have attached the viability scan report for reference. Now, doctor asked to take duphaston 10mg tablet twice per day for next 2 weeks & then repeat the scan after 2 weeks. Is Duphaston safe to take now for 2 weeks? Is it fully 100% safe? If I stop the duphaston after taking for 2 weeks, then will it create any withdrawal bleeding or spotting kind of thing? Or it is absolutely safe to take duphaston for next 2 weeks? Please advice.
