Hi Doc I was having acidity from last 2 months along with vomiting sensation. I had clavicle fracture surgery in November and was on medication for more than 1 month. Presently my anxiety medicines are in progress. The Gastroenterologist suggested for endoscopy. Attached is the report for same. My medication has started for duodenum Ulcers. Need a second opinion.

Meds will cover it bit you will need antacids for a bit longer,strictly avoid pain killers.

According to your sign and symptoms you are suffering from duodenum ulcer ,hiatus hernia , Antral gastritis.
Next Steps
You should take treatment of ulcer But you should follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and avoid all spicy and fatty food.
