Dear doc, From last 1 month i m hvng a dull pain in upper all molar right left teeths, i feel little pressure or dull pain when i chew, Is this can be due to bone loss or periodontal problems?

Hi.. please check whether u have Sinusitis problem .. u could have suffered from a bout of common cold
