Dull pain in right side of the body

2021-09-28 00:02:17
I keep having episodes of dull yet persistent and nagging pain in the right side of the body every other year particularly in right back thigh, hip, arm and few fingers. I get momentary relief when I stretch the fingers arms or legs or when I sleep on the right side. These symptoms last for around a month, although not a hugely painful condition, it affects the quality of my life. Please guide what should I do and which kind of doctor should I see.

Try a hard bed which will help the side muscles unload. Also check with blood tests for any arthritic issues. Check with a physio after for a regular exercise routine
