Hi i am experiencing dull pain and fullness just below ribs ,I don't feel.like having anything ..this pain is coming and going but for last week has been constant and feel like constipated and can't clear my stomach fully.

It looks like gastritis/acidity issues. Avoid oily n spicy food, Lot of water. Avoid high protein diet
