Hi doctor, atharv fever frequency has come down but he developed nausea, vomiting. Not taking any feed since yesterday. He took only water and around 30-40 ml soup in the whole day. Not accepting even milk. Stopped meftal since yesterday afternoon.giving him paracetamol 6th hourly. Today from  5AM to 10AM took only 80ml milk in parts and water. He is very weak and dull. Not even sitting for 10-15 min. Please suggest how to improve his condition. Thank you
