Dull ache in scrotum and testicles

I've been experiencing some unexpected ache in my scrotum, groin area, and testicles and tubes connected with testicles. It happens when I'm on foot and scrotum is loose and sometimes after I do exercise. It goes away after rest or till next day. The time I feel pain, the tubes look swollen with testicles tight one at a time and loose scrotum.
