Dubai visa if scar in mediastinal lymph

Hi, I have a scar in mediastinal lymph node, clearly visible on my chest X-Ray. I have no history of TB and am completely healthy. Can any doctor please suggest if this XRAY would get approved for Dubai visa ? Dubai official reject visa for any chest X-ray suggestive of old or active pulmonary tuberculosis. Attached is an image of X-Ray. Thanks
