I have mild elevated prolactin 42 my periods are usually regular I did hsg test in my last cycle my usual period length is 23-24 days but this month 29th day still I didn't get my periods and there is dryness in my vegina ..no itching ...from last 4 days...is hsg test delay periods?

The timing of this test is important It should be done within 3 hours of getting up in the morning Borderline raised prolactin levels can be because of stress No hsg does not delay periods You can go for a pregnancy test
