Dryness in eyes

My eyes get dried up and I feel some dirt is there in my eyes so I wash my eyes more than 10 times a day...... my ophthalmologist told it is dry eyes And prescribed soft drops which is good, but as soon as I stop it the dryness again starts. Is there any solution?

For dry eyes you need regular installation of lubricating eye drops. Don't splash water inside the eyes.

Continue lubricating eye drop. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. consult sos

Continue using lubricant eye drops. Keep ice packs, follow 20-20-20 rule for screentime. If still not relieved go for a proper dry eye evaluation.

Continue lubricating eyedrops , If near work is more ,take frequent breaks in between blink more If you have more screen time follow underlying rule. • Follow 20 20 20 rule for dryness of eyes. • after every 20 minutes while working on screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds blink more.

Pl continue the lubricants. Pl do not wash unnecessarily. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment. If screen time is more, pl reduce it.Blink frequently. Pl hydrate yourself. Have Balanced diet and good sleep.
