Dryness in eyes

My cataract surgery was done 3 years back in both eyes and multi focal lenses were inserted, since then I am facing dryness in the eyes and discharge. No eye drop is resolving the issue.

Hello This dryness is unrelated to cataract surgery. This could be due to meibomitis Try A. Warm compresses B. Lid massage C. Apply zaha ointment along lid margin D. Use lubricating eyedrop Consult local cornea specialist
