Since last few months i was going through acne breakouts so started taking Isotretinoin for acne treatment. Please suggest if i can continue Isotretinoin or how can i get over with the dryness of my eyes. Will it impact my vision??? As sometimes from my right eye i feel blurry vision

Dry eyes is a know side effect of lasik surgery. Accutane also causes dryness of the eyes which can make your symptoms worse. Since you have already undergone lasik there is nothing much you can do now.
Next Steps
Please check with your dermatologist if you can take any other medication other than accutane.
Health Tips
Since you are in the reproductive age group I hope you have been told that accutane can cause birth defects in babies. So please make sure that you do not get pregnant while taking accutane. you should stop isoretinion at least 4 weeks prior to conceiving.

Continue treatment for Acne. As you have undergone LASIK, dryness is one of the complication. Keep using lubricants. Dryness may affect your vision. Sometime vision loss can be permanent. Keep following up with your Lasik specialist.

Use any CMC 0.5%(Carboxy-methyl-cellulose) eye drop every hour for a few days. Along with that, use Sodium Hyaluronate eye drops like SOHA 3 times a day. These eye drops have no side effects. You can adjust the dosage as per your requirements. Give a warm massage to your eyelids before going to bed by soaking cotton in lukewarm water.
