Having problem in both eyes dryness. Since 10 to 12yrs. Under mentioned medicine. Sometimes have ulcers in mouth as if heat from body coming out

Hello, Please continue imudrops 0.05% eyedrops twice daily in both eyes, refresh liquigel 4 times a day in both eyes and eyemist gel twice daily in both eyes. Add omega 3 fatty acids in your diet/ supplement it. Take care of vitamin d levels and thyroid profile
