My baby of 5m old has developed dry skin patches at a few places. Attaching pics. I have Surfaz SN ointment at home. Can i apply it on the places?

Apply dermadew caloe lotion thrice a day for 5 days. Use dermadew B bar soa and cetaphil moisturizing lotion. If not better you can apply surfaz SN twice a day for 5 days.
