Dry Skin Itching

I have developed dry skin itching which turns red after itching and develops into wound type and heals after sometime. I am applying coconut oil till now so few parts of body have recovered and wound is healed which were there due to itiching. I am itching at back so need help here . I doubt it may be urticaria. Please help me.
