Hi doc, I am suffering from piles for last 4-5 years could you please suggest me a cream or ointment that will really works and get rid of small and painful pimples outside the anas

Well if ur having piles and there is some skin pimples or tissue outside anus this could be chronic piles or associated fissure .. I would it’s better to take professional opinion with surgeon and find a permanent cure rather then looking for short term care with medications
